Tasty Sunday! white chocolate raspberry cheesecake!

Sunday!! Love this time of week! Roomies is out of apartament and it's perfect time to cook something!Cheesecake is one of my favourite desserts, so I decided to make it today!) 

Воскресенье! Люблю этот день недели! Соседки куда-то уехали и я осталась дома одна.

Лучшее время что-нибудь приготовить. Чизкейк один из моих любимых десертов так что я решила приготовить именно его) а получилось даже два...=)

600 gramm of  creamy cheese

100gramm of Mascarpone

3 eggs

100 g of white chocolate

0.5 cup of cream  

300g of cookies crumbs

100 g of butter

vanilla

 For raspberry souse:

400 g of frozen raspberry

0.5 cup of water

3 tablespoon of sugar

2 tablespoon of cornstarch

Tasty Friday: Waffle Cake

Made this last Sunday =))) It takes like 10-15 minutes to make it, it's super sweet and you can do pretty much anything decorating it =))) I grew up making this kind of cakes =))) 

* Кто помнит вафельные коржи?? =))) Да да да!! Я наконец-то их нашла!!! Столько лет искала и вуа-ля =))) Пол детства с мамой их делали =))))) Украшали обычно разноцветной кокосовой стружкой, правда =))) 

Вот, замутила в воскресенье тортик =))))
