Tasty Friday: Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature * Около 230 г масла
 

1 cup light or dark brown sugar * 210 г коричневого сахара

1/3 cup granulated white sugar * 65 г обычного белого сахара

2 large eggs *2 яйца

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract *1 ч.л. ванилина

1 1/2 cups (195 grams) all purpose flour *195 г муки

1 teaspoon baking soda * 1 ч.л. соды

1 teaspoon salt  1 ч.л. соли

3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats *260 г обычных овсяных хлопьев

chocolate chips - as much as you like * кусочки шоколада - столько, сколько захочется

 

In a bowl beat the butter and sugars (about 2 - 3 minutes). Add the eggs. Beat in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture and beat until incorporated. Stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips.

Bake the cookies for about 14 - 18 minutes (temperature 350 degrees F = 177 degrees C) 

* Сначала взбейте вместе масло и оба сахара (в течение 2-3 минут). Добавьте яйца. После них добавьте ванилин и взбейте все вместе. В отдельной посуде смешайте муку, соду и соль. Сухую смесь добавьте в первую и взбейте до получения однородной массы. Добавьте овсяные хлопья и кусочки шоколада и тщательно перемешайте.

Выпекайте печеньки в течение 14-18 минут при температуре около 180 С градусов.

Tasty Friday: Waffle Cake

Made this last Sunday =))) It takes like 10-15 minutes to make it, it's super sweet and you can do pretty much anything decorating it =))) I grew up making this kind of cakes =))) 

* Кто помнит вафельные коржи?? =))) Да да да!! Я наконец-то их нашла!!! Столько лет искала и вуа-ля =))) Пол детства с мамой их делали =))))) Украшали обычно разноцветной кокосовой стружкой, правда =))) 

Вот, замутила в воскресенье тортик =))))
